THE MATCH PROGRAMME This great little 24 page programme is printed using a single green spot colour throughout (no black ink) and was great value at only £1. As can be expected in this type of issue, there are a few adverts scattered throughout the pages. The programme is printed on glossy paper and the quality is excellent.Everyone involved in producing this programme has done a fantastic job. The original artwork was donated by First Press Publishing and design and production is by www.djscm.com.Thanks are offered to Dundee FC for support with organising the event and for ticket printing. The front cover has a picture of Lubo holding up the SPL trophy at Celtic Park as a background for the entire page, "LUBO A GIFT FROM GOD" as a banner at the top of the page and the match details are in a green vertical panel on the right. Inside we are treated to several excellent articles about Lubo's career and his time in Paradise. A welcome statement from an undisclosed author is found on page 3. On pages 4, 7 and 8 Stairway to Heaven tells how a teenage Lubo stared with his hometown team (Nitra), qualifying for the UEFA cup and captaining his country before moving on to St Etienne of France, Bastia in French Corsica, Duisburg in Germay and finally Glasgow Celtic. Lubo's debut and subsequent annihilation (5-1) of the peeepel's XI are recounted on pages 11 and 14 - this brought some great memories flooding back from that day. "... there are three basic elements and I have
based my career on them - talent, health and luck. ..... I had the
talent before the 5-1 game. I was ready physically and was lucky.
When everything comes together it is fantastic and Magical" The middle pages contain the teamlists and a Lubo profile (see pic below). Page 17 is filled by An Ode to Lubo written by Celtic supporter Andy Walker of the Lee Walker CSC. Finally, pages 19 and 21 have another article called Roll With It: Moravcik's Ibrox Party. In it we are privileged to read Lubo's thoughts on the 3-0 game at Ibrox when Lubo scored two (and The King of Kings scored the other).
