THE HONG KONG SEVENS - 29-30 MAY 2004 Celtic took part in the Hong Kong FC 7's tournament held in the chinese state. It was played on Sat 29-Sun 30 May 2004. Arsenal, Manchester UTD, A.Villa, and Rangers joined Celtic and hosts HKFC. As usual, a glossy, A4 programme was on sale at HK$100 (£7) and that included entry vouchers for both days of the tournament. Click here to see our Hong Kong 7s page. The tournament has it's own Web site at www.soccer7s.com. The event was recorded by Sky and highlights of the tournament will be shown some time this month (June 2004). |

Theesen 29-31 May 04, Germany Tournament. Click here to see the programme. 100 page programme on same lines as the 2003/04 issue. The programme is unusual as Celtic Under 17s withdrew after programme went to print. It is the reverse of a postponed Celtic programme! Although Celtic withdrew late, they are included in the programme. |

Beith Juniors 28/07/04 Willie McStay took a team of young Celts to play Beith Juniors in a friendly to open the new enclosure at Bellsdale Park tonight. A mixture of Celtic U19's to U16's made up the team. Beith issued a nice sixteen page A5 size souvenir programme with a glossy cover for £1. Only 300 copies were issued and it was a sell-out at the match. Click here to see the programme. |

Internationaal B-jeugd Betuwe toernooi 2004 13-15 Aug 04 Organised by RKTVC in Tiel Holland. Celtic Under 16s took part. RKTVC stands for Roman Catholic Tielse Football Club. Loch Lomond Tournament 6-8/08/04 A team of Celts have been playing in the "Loch Lomond Youth Soccer Festival". The well-established tournament was held between the 6 and 8 August at Glasgow University Garscube Sports Complex in Glasgow. As usual, the organisers have published a nice tournament programme. |

Kilwinning Rangers - Paul Mullin Testimonial 18/08/04 A young Celtic team travelled to Abbey Park, Kilwinning to play a testimonial match for Rangers full-back Paul Mullin tonight. Paul is a Celtic supporter and signed for the Buffs 10 years ago from Kilmarnock FC. Kilwinning issued a testimonial match programme with 36 A5 pages of mainly adverts but it had enough reading to make the £1 it cost worth paying. Click here to see the front cover. Not a sell-out. |
