The Scottish FA Youth Cup is Scotland's premier youth tournament. All players are under 18 and it is competed for by 78 clubs throughout Scotland. The competition runs from early September to the final in April. It was first won by Celtic (beating Rangers 2-0 at Celtic Park) and Celtic are the current holders. Celtic youths have won the cup 9 times since it began, Rangers, Aberdeen and Hearts have all won it 3 times.
