SAY HELLO TO THREE-IN-A-ROW This is the league clincher that ended with Celtic captain Stephen McManus proudly holding our SPL trophy that Rangers were supposed to win as part of their fantasy quadruple. But It all went wrong for the Scottish football establishment when the hOOped heroes went to Tannadice and the helicopter followed. You can see some of what happened next in the video clips at the bottom of the page. Gordon Strachan has now seen off Alex McLeish, the Paul Le Guen 'revolution' and Walter Smith to become the first Celtic manager since the immortal Jock Stein to win 3 championships in a row and, he did it while qualyfying for the last 16 of the Champions League - TWICE! |
