Inverness International Youth Football Tournament. Competing teams were Celtic, Augsburg (Germany), Dunfermline and Inverness played at the Burgh Stadium, Inverness. The Final was played at Telfrod Street, Inverness. The matches took place on Saturday, Sunday and Monday the 6th, 7th and 8th of September 1988.

Celtic were Premier League Champions. Jimmy Johnstone and Bobby Lennox managed the Celtic youth team that included Raymond McStay to play in the competition organised by Inverness District Council. Jinky presented the trophy to the tournament winners.
