| Pat, Packie, Paddy Bonner signed for Celtic on 14th May 1978 and was Jock Stein's last Celtic signing. Pat played 642 times (253 shut-outs) for Celtic between 1978 and 1995, winning 4 League Championships, 3 Scottish Cups and a League Cup in 1982. He was a member of the unforgetable Centenary double winning team in 1987/88. He won his first of 80 caps for the Republic of Ireland against Poland in 1981and went on to be the ROI's regular Number One from 1987 to 1994. |
